ooberwetter The City of La Feria has contracted with Cameron County to collect La Feria’s property tax payments (ad valorem taxes) beginning with the 2011 Tax Year. Starting October 1, 2011, all tax payments need to be made payable to: Cameron County Tax Assessor/Collector and can be paid locally at 200 Industrial Way, La Feria, Texas 78559, phone number 956-797-3075.
If you prefer to pay by mail, you need to mail your payment to: Cameron County Tax Assessor/Collector, Cameron County Tax Office, P.O. Box 952, Brownsville, TX 78522-0952. You may also pay on line at www.cameroncountytax.org.
This change is made for the convenience of the residents of La Feria, as well as to achieve savings in costs of collection. The City of La Feria appreciates your cooperation in this transition and thanks you for your prompt payment.
