The City of La Feria will celebrate Halloween in the Park on October 25, 2014 at the Veterans Memorial Park/Sports Complex, 904 Pancho Maples Drive, La Feria, Texas.  This is a family event which will start at 4:00 p.m. and is held to provide a safe place for children to celebrate Halloween and participate in various games for treats.  Costume contests will be held for all ages in the following age groups 0-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-High School Seniors & Adults.  There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, and third place winners.  Food vendors will be available selling their specialties.  DJ music provided by Armando Gonzalez will be available during the day, and Grupo Evolucion will be in concert from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  Dress up and come have fun; line up for the costume parade at 5:30 p.m.  Everyone is welcomed to participate in the parade which will start promptly at 5:45 p.m.  This is an excellent way to show off your costume!  For a copy of the Halloween in the Park Poster, click here:  Halloween in the Park Poster 2014 III
