The City of La Feria, Texas, in cooperation with our neighboring cities in the Lower Rio Grande Valley Stormwater Group, has implemented a Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) including Best Management Practices in order to address each of the following minimum control measures:
- Public Education, Outreach, and Involvement BMPs
- Illicit Discharge Detection Elimination BMPs
- Construction Site Storm Water Runoff Control BMPs
- Post-Construction Storm Water Management in New Development and Redevelopment BMPs
- Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping for Municipal Operations BMPs
- Impaired Receiving Waterbodies With and Without Total Maximum Daily Loads BMPs
- Legal Authority BMPs
